As iQOO gears up to launch its next performance-oriented mid-range smartphone – the iQOO Neo 9 Pro – the company is emphasising the camera capabilities of the device. This isn’t the case with many smartphones in this range. IndianExpress.com got in touch with Shankar Singh Chauhan, product manager at iQOO India, to understand more about the camera prowess of the Neo 9 Pro.
Chauhan said, “This time we have significant improvement in the camera performance of the iQOO Neo 9 Pro compared to its predecessor, especially in the main camera, which now uses the Sony IMX920 sensor, a sensor used on the flagship Vivo X100.” He also confirmed that the iQOO Neo 9 Pro will be priced under Rs 40,000, which will make it one of the most affordable Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC-powered smartphones in the country.
