1. SENIOR RESIDENTFORTENURE OF 3 YEARSSUBJECTTO RENEWAL/EXTENSIONEVERY

 YEAR Walk-in•interview    for  the  post  of  Senior  Residents  in  the  following   departments   of  ESI Hospital, Okhla, New Delhi for  a period  of one year and extendable  for another  period  of one year subject  to

maximum  of three yearsr  as per the details given below" 


Candidates   who  have  worked   already  as  a  Senior  Resident  under  3  years  Central  Residency Scheme for  3 years are  not  eligible  for  applying  for  the  post  of Senior  Resident.  Senior  Resident
who  are  already  working   in  any Govt.  institution    shall  apply  through   proper  channel,  the  total
period  however,  should  not exceed the  maximum  period  of 03 Years.
Note:   Vacancy position  in rio  above mentioned   seats is subject  to change at the discretion  of the
Medical Superintendent.

Qualification/Eligibility:      Post Graduate  Degree or Diploma  in concerned  specialty  from  recognized university,   registered  with   Delhi  Medical   Council  or  Medical   Council  of  India  or  State  Medical Council. Candidates  possessing at least 2(Two) years working  experience  after  completing   MBBS in concerned  specialty/discipline     may also appear  in the wa)k-in-interview   and shall be selected, if no PG/Diploma  candidate  appear  in the identical  specialty.
Age:  Not exceeding 4S years as on   07/12/2022   (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBCas per rule).

OBC Certificate  should  be in the  prescribed  form  as per  Govt.  of India  instructions   which -should certify  that  the candidate  does not belong to anyone   of the creamy layers.

•  Reservation  for  PWD candidates  is as per rule.
Emoluments:    Rs. 67,700/-   as per level  -11 of the  7th CPC matrix  + other  allowances   per  month as per rules applicable.   (An amount  of Rs. 13-50/- to be deducted  if the SRs possess
only  diploma   and  deduction   of  Rs. 2250/-   is to  be made  if  the  SR concerned  does  not  possess
Diploma/degree.)

Age:   Full   Timel    Part   Time   Contractual    Super   Specialist       Not   exceeding   69  years   as  on

Emoluments:  For Full Time Contractual Super Specialist: 

 Fixed remuneration (retainer) plus fixed percentage of the CGHSrates for procedures and investigations on caseto case basis.
The percentage has been fixed depending upon the duration of procedure, the prevailing market rate, nature of the procedure generated in the department.

Medical Superintendent.

How to apply:-

Interested candidates may appear for interview with attested photocopies of Matriculation certificate, proof of age, Caste Certificate, MBSS,Diploma/Degree certificate, attempt certificate of MBBS& Diploma/PG, valid DMC/MCI/State Registration Certificate & ExperienceCertificate, along with originals. Candidatesshould also bring two recent passport size photographs along with proof of residence.

Fee: For General & OSCCandidatesfee is Rs.300/- and for SC/STis 75/- In the form of     Demand Draft payable at 'New Delhi'  in favour of 'E51Fund A/c no. 01'. There is no tee for women & PWD candidates.

Terms& Conditions :-

•  Private practice of any kind will not be allowed.
•  No TNDA will be paid to candidates tor appearing in the walk-in-interview.
•  Reservationfor PWDcandidatesis as per rule.
•The Medical Superintendent reserves the right to alter the date or cancel the interview without assigningany reason thereof,
•  Hostel accommodation/quarters will not be provided. 
•Vacancies are likely to change depending  upon actual requirement   at the time  of interview  as per discretion  of Medical  Superintendent.
•On  engagement   the  selected   candidate   shall  be  required   to  deposit  an  amount   of  Rs. lO,OOO/-(Rupees ten thousand  only)  through  demand  draft/banker's   cheque payable at New Delhi in favour  of 'ESIC Fund account  no. l'at   the time  of joining,   which shall be refundable after  completion   of tenure  (minimum   two  month  service  including   notice  period{30  days}) and production  of U  No DuesCertificate".
•  At   the   time   of   joining   selected   contractual   candidates  will   have   to   sign   an
"AGREEMENT"as per ESICnorms on non-judlciarv stamp paper of  Rs. 100/-.The original contract will be with the hospital and its copy will be with candidate. Cost of the stamp paper will be borne by the candidate.

The candidates are advised to bring their all Original Certificates with one set of self-attested photocopies of the following during document verification.

(i)  Identity Proof [PANCard,Passport,Driving License,Voter Card,Aadhar Cardetc.] (ii) AddressProof [Ration Card, Passport,Driving License,Aadhar Cardetc.]

(iii) Certificate showing Date of Birth [10th Certificate/Birth Certificate).

(iv) Two Recentpassport sizephotographs.

(v) Photocopiesof Aadhar Card/PANCardand Bank Passbook[At the time of joining for only selected candidates)

(vi) Class10th& 12th Mark Sheetsor Certificates.

(vii)  MBBS, MD/MS/DNB/DM  and  Experience certificate  whichever  is applicable as per  NMC
guideJni es.

(viii) Registrationwith Medical Council of India/ State Medical Council [For Medical Candidates] (ix) Internship Completion Certificate.

(x) Reservationcategory Certificate [OBC/SC/ST/PH/EWSin) the format prescribed by Govt. of India
