APPOINTMENT OF FIELD COORDINATORS FOR HEALTHY KIDS PROJECT
The Sports Kerala Foundation, a Government of Kerala Undertaking, invites applications for appointment as Field level Coordinator for Healthy Kids Programme on contract basis:-
I. Number of Vacancies, Educational Qualification, Experience and Age:
The applicants meeting the qualification and experience requirements notified shall be informed to attend a Personal Interview to be held at the office of Sports Kerala Foundation, Jimmy George Indoor Stadium, Vellayambalam, Thiruvananthapuram.
V. Qualification
1.Those applicants having qualifications equivalent to any of the prescribed qualifications should submit the Certificate issued by the employer and without such certificate, their
candidature will not be considered.
2.The minimum qualification stipulated for the post must be from a University / Institute recognized by AICTE / appropriate statutory authority in India / State / Central Government.
VI. Experience
1.Experience acquired after the date of passing of the qualification stipulated as per item I above will only be considered.
2.Experience Certificates obtained from Central/State Government Departments/SAI/ Companies registered under the Companies Act 1956 or Foreign Companies of equivalent status will only be considered for short listing to attend the Personal interview.
3.During the certificate verification process, the candidates should produce all certificates in original to establish the experience claimed in their online application, failing which they will not be permitted to attend the Personal interview.
VII. How to apply
1.Applicants shall submit their Bio-data in sealed cover by post / by hand to the Office of Sports Kerala Foundation, Jimmy George Indoor Stadium, Vellayambalam, Thiruvananthapuram – 695033 or forward the same to the e-mail careers.skf@gmail.com from 11.03.2022 to 23.03.2022
2.Copies of all certificates towards proof of age, educational qualification, experience etc and a recent passport size colour photograph shall be attached along with the Bio-data.
3.“Application for the post of Field Coordinators for Healthy Kids Project” shall be written on the envelope.
4.Applicants should not submit more than one application for a particular post.
Application once submitted shall be final.
VIII.General
1.Applicants are advised to make sure that they are meeting the eligibility requirements for the post before submitting the applications.
2.If at any stage it is found that any information furnished is false/ incorrect or the candidate does not satisfy the eligibility criteria, the candidature / appointment is liable
to be cancelled / rejected.
3.Candidates short-listed for the certificate verification / Personal interview should bring a photo identity proof (in original) like PAN Card, Aadhar, Driving License etc, and all original certificates towards proof of age, qualification, experience and their candidature will be considered on the strength of the original certificates. In case of failure to produce the original certificates, the candidature will be rejected.
4.Applicants who fail to produce the original certificates during the certificate verification process will not be allowed to attend the Personal interview.
5.No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the selection
6.The vacancies are purely on contract basis for the period specified and Sports Kerala Foundation is not liable to offer appointment during or after the completion of contract period of the selected candidates
7.Persons convicted for criminal offences shall not be considered.
8.Applicants should be of sound health and shall satisfy the medical fitness standards as fixed by the Government. A medical fitness certificate by the Medical Officer / Civil Surgeon shall be produced at the time of appointment.

National Institute of Virology (NIV) is an apex laboratory under the aegis of the Indian council of Medical Research (ICMR), Department of Health Research, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India.
Applications are invited through online for the following vacancies under non Institutional project human resource positions, purely on temporary contract basis for its short-term research projects, being undertaken at ICMR-National Institute of Virology, Pune. Title of project: “Estimation of population immunity against Hepatitis A virus (HAV) and associated risk factors in different epidemiological transition level (ETL) states in India”.

9.Emoluments: The rates of emoluments/stipend shown in this advertisement are project specific and may vary according to sanction of the funding agency of the Project. Payment of emoluments to the project human resource will be depending on availability of funds from the funding agency.
10.Age relaxation will be as per the guidelines of ICMR. SC/ST/OBC candidates who apply against unreserved vacancies will not be eligible for age relaxation.

Benefits of Provident Fund, Pension Scheme, Leave Travel Concession, Medical claim, Staff Quarters and other facilities applicable to the regular staff of ICMR etc. are not admissible to the project human resource.
22.Tenure of the selected project human resource will vary depending upon the tenure of the project and fulfillment of other conditions.
23.Project human resource will normally be engaged initially for a period of six months and further continuation/ extension of project service will depend on tenure of the project and performance evaluation of the concerned project human resource, availability of funds, functional requirements and approval of competent authority. The maximum term of any Project Human Resource in any or multiple projects, with breaks or without breaks shall be five years only. The concerned Project Investigator, Division Head and Head of the host Institute shall personally be responsible and accountable for the continuation / extension given if any without prior concurrence of the Director General, ICMR to any project human resource beyond five years either with or without breaks in any or multiple projects.
24.Institute reserves the right to terminate project human resource even during the agreed contract period or extended contract period without assigning any reason.
25.Leave shall be as per the ICMR guidelines for project human resource.
26.Reserved category candidates must produce their latest Caste Validity Certificate and OBC candidates must possess a latest valid non-creamy layer certificate, during document verification, before the joining. PWD candidates shall produce latest disability certificate issued by a Medical board of Government hospital with not less than 40% disability.
27.In the event of selection, a candidate must produce all documents or certificates in original relating to (1) Educational qualifications (2) Date of Birth (3) Experience certificates (4) One recent passport size photograph (5) Identity proof i.e. Aadhar/PAN/Voter ID/Driving License/Passport etc. (6) One set of self-attested photocopies of all documents (7) SC/ST/OBC/PwD Certificate, if applicable, for verification at the time of joining the post.
