NOTIFICATION FOR RECRUITMENT OF LAB ATTENDANT POSTS ON OUT-SOURCING BASIS THROUGH DISTRICT SELECTION COMMITTEE TO WORK IN GOVERNMENT MEDICAL COLLEGE, ONGOLE, PRAKASAM DISTRICT.
Rs.500/- for DC, BC Candidates
Rs.300/- for SC/ ST / PH / Ex-ServiceMan Candidate.
The application fees should be paid through Demand Draft in tne name of nColiege Development Society, GMC, Ongole, Prakasam District~ and submit the Demand Draft (~O) along with the application to this office.
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS:
The candidates shall download the application from in the http://prakasam.ap.gov.in/notice categorv/recrultment! (or) www.rimsongole.org . The applications shall be submitted manually/ Regd. Post in complete shape to the 0/0. the Principal, Govt., Medical College, Ongole, Prakasam District , along with all the following certificates on or before
25.02.2022 up to S.P.M., Any applications received manually/ Regd. Post after
the due date and time will summarily be rejected. Application without enclosing the following documents will not be considered automatically
01. SSCor Equivalent examination marks memo.
02. Lab Attendant course of any recognizedInstitute or Intermediate (Medical Lab Assistant Vocational Course) offered by the Board of Intermediate Educationmarks memos.
03. Qualifying examination pass certificate.
04. Marks memos of all the years of qualifying examination.
05. Registration and renewal certificates of respective councils.
06. Latest caste certificate issued by Tahsildar/MRO concerned.
07. Study certificates for the years IV to X class. In case of private study residence certificate from the Tahsildar/MRO concerned (for the IV to X class study period).
08. Physically handicapped certificate (Issued by SADERAM)
09. Sports certificates if any.
10. Ex-servicemen certificates if any.
11. Service Certificate in prescribed proforma counter signed by the concerned District Authority along with appotntrnent order

12. Demand Draft for Rs.SOO/-or Rs.300/- (Application Fee) Drawn infavour of "College Development Society, GMC, Ongole."
13. Other relevant certificates if any. Enclosure of certificates to the application: The candidate shall produce original documents post declaration of draft merit list in prescribed time and venue which shall be announced.

DEPARTMENT'S DECISION IS FINAL:
The decision of the department/District Selection Committee pertaining to the application and its acceptance or rejection, as the case may be, and conduct of the counseling and at all consequent stages culminating in the selection or otherwise of any candidate shall be final in all respects and binding on all concerned under the powers vested with it. The department/ DSC also reserves its right to modify the terms and conditions laid down in notification regarding remuneration, qualifications, etc.
