Recruitment on Out-sourcing basis to work in APVVP Hospitals of Ananthapuramu
District under the control of DCHS, Ananthapuramu by way of walk-in-interview
PARA-1:
1.1.Applications in the prescribed format are invited from the eligible and interested candidates for various posts to work on contract/outsourcing basis in APVVP Hospitals of Ananthapuramu District by way of Walk-in-Interview method. The applicants can be downloaded the application form and eligibility details through the Ananthapuramu District official website http://ananthapuramu.ap.gov.in
1.2.Filled in applications along with all necessary certificates/documents shall be submitted in the O/o District Coordinator of Hospital Services(APVVP), Government General Hospital Campus, Ananthapuramu on between during the Walk-in-Interview.
1.3.The filled-in applications along with necessary documents shall submit at office of the District Coordinator of Hospital Services (APVVP), Government General Hospital campus, Ananthapuramu.
1.4.The selection to the posts will be on the basis of final general merit cum rule of reservation.
1.5.The applicant is required to visit the Ananthapuramu District official website regularly to keep himself/herself updated until completion of the recruitment process. The website information is final for all correspondence. No individual correspondence by any means will be entertained under any circumstances.
1.6.All desirous and eligible candidates shall apply after satisfying themselves as per
the terms and conditions of this recruitment notification. Submission of application forms by the candidate is considered that he/she has read the notification and shall abide by the terms and conditions laid down there under.
1.7. If candidate is eligible for more than one post he/she is required to apply for each post separately.
1.8.The details of vacancies are as follows;
2.1.The candidate should possess the prescribed academic qualifications as per the date of this notification. The date of this notification shall be the crucial date for calculating the experience including the practical experience.
2.2.If the applicant possesses an equivalence of qualifications other than prescribed qualification in this notification, applicant should produce a copy of the Government orders to the District Selection Committee, Ananthapuramu in advance within the last date for submitting application, failing which their application will be rejected.
03)Reservations :
3.1.There will be Local / Non-local reservations will be followed as per guidelines
3.2.Rule of reservation will be followed as per rules in force.
3.3.Evaluation of various Physical Disabilities and procedure for certifications will be as per order contained in G.O.Ms.No.56, WD,CW&DW(DW) Dept., Dt.02.12.2003 and G.O.Ms.
04)Reservation to Local candidates :
4.1.Reservation to the local candidate is applicable as provided in Article 371-D as per G.O.Ms.674, GA(SPF-A) Dept., Dt.20.10.1975 and rules amendment from time to time and as in force on the date of notification. The candidate claiming as local candidates should obtain the required study certificates (from 4th class to 10th class or SSC) or Residence Certificate in the proforma prescribed for those candidates who have not studied in any Educational Institutions as the case may be. The relevant certificate with authorize signature shall be produced as and when required.
05)Age :
5.1.Minimum 18 years & maximum 42 years as on 21.03.2022 (no person shall be eligible if less than 18 years and is more than 42 years).
07) Important note on Recruitment process and procedure of selection :
7.1.The recruitment will be processed as per this notification and as per the rules and instructions issued by the Government and also as decided by the District Selection Committee, Ananthapuramu from time to time in terms of respective Special Rules/Adhoc Rules governing the recruitment and the related G.Os, rules etc., are applicable.
7.2.The various conditions and criteria prescribed herein are governed by the AP State and Subordinate Rules 1996 read with the relevant special rules applicable to any particular services in the departments. Any guidelines orclarifications are based on the said rules, and in case of any necessity any matter will be processed as per the relevant General and Special Rules as in force.
7.3.The selection to this recruitment will be based on the merit given below;
08) Tenure of appointment and important conditions :
The tenure of the contract/out-sourcing initially one year from the date of joining in the post and may be extended for further period as per the instructions issued by the Government from time to time.
The District Selection Committee; Ananthapuramu reserves all the rights to terminate the contract/outsourcing services of any candidate/candidates at any time without giving any prior notice as per directions of the Government from time to time.
09)Debarment :
Candidates should make sure of their eligibility to the post applied for and that the declaration made by them in the format of application regarding their eligibility is correct in all aspects. Any candidate furnishing in-correct information or making false declaration his/her eligibility at any stage or suppressing any information, is liable to be debarred up to 5 years from applying for any of the notifications conducted by APPSC/District Selection Committee/any other recruiting agencies and their candidature for this recruitment summarily rejected.
The District Selection Committee, Ananthapuramu is vested with conducting recruitment and selection as per rules duly maintaining utmost secrecy and confidentiality in this process and any attempt by anyone causing or likely to cause breach of this duty in such manner or by such action as to violate or likely to violate the fair practices followed and ensured by DSC, Ananthapuramu will be sufficient cause for rendering such questionable means as ground for debarment and other consequences as per law and rules.
10)District Selection Committee decision to be final :
The decision of the District Selection Committee in all aspects and respects pertaining to the application and its acceptance or rejection as the case may be, conduct of recruitment of and at all consequent stages culminating in the selection or otherwise of any candidate shall be final in all respects and binding on all concerned, under the powers vested with it as per rules in force. District Selection Committee also reserves its rightsto alter and modify the terms and conditions laid down in the notification for conducting the various stages up to selection or withdraw the notification at any time as warranted by any unforeseen circumstances arising during the course of this process, or as deemed necessary by the District Selection Committee at any stage.

NOTIFICATION
Centre for Management Development (CMD), Thiruvananthapuram invites applications from qualified and competent candidates for appointment to the posts of Executive-Administration, Engineer (IT), Service Engineer and Mechanic on contract basis. Interested candidates may apply via ONLINE mode only by filling the prescribed application form given in the website of Centre for Management Development (CMD), Thiruvananthapuram (www.cmdkerala.net). Selected candidates will be appointed at the office/sections of KSRTC-SWIFT. The details are given below. The online application submission link will open on 16/03/2022 (09:00 A.M.). The last date for submitting online application is 25/03/2022 (05:00 P.M.).
Note: Candidates will have to upload their updated Curriculum Vitae (CV), passport size photograph (taken within six months), signature and copies of certificates proving qualification and experience while submitting the application. The photograph and signature must be in JPEG format. The size of the photograph must be less than 200kB and the size of the signature should be less than 50 kB. The CV and the copies of certificates shall be either in JPEG format or in PDF format and each attachment shall not exceed 3MB in size.
DETAILS OF POSTS
The details regarding the qualification and experience required, number of vacancies, age limit and remuneration are given in the table below.
For the post of Engineer (IT), the period of contract appointment will be initially for a period of 01 year and extendable up to 05 years. For the remaining posts, the contract appointment shall be initially for a period of 03 years.
It shall be noted that admittance to various stages of the recruitment will be provisional only, and will not confer any claim unless various other conditions of selection processes are satisfied. Detailed scrutiny of the applications/credentials will be conducted before interview/appointment. Any discrepancy found during the detailed scrutiny will result in the rejection of the candidature.
CMD reserves the right to shortlist only a limited number of candidates for interview, as the case may be for the post, based on marks secured in their qualifying examination and/or years of relevant experience. Candidates should clearly mention the marks scored in their qualifying examination in the application. The onus of proving the conversion from grade/CGPA to percentage of marks would rest with the candidate.
Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification. In the event of any information provided by the candidate being found false or incorrect at any stage, their candidature/appointment is liable to be cancelled/terminated without any notice. CMD reserves the right to fill or not to fill the post advertised.
No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the interview.
